803 Ten-Chih Oolong Tea

This tea is grown in the Li Shan tea region located in Central Taiwan at altitudes of 2500 meters or above.

Due to the steep terrain, the leaves see fewer hours of sunshine, and become plump and saturated with pectin. After being slightly roasted, these leaves have a lingering, concentrated, and fruity aroma, and has a smooth silky textured brew.
